I probably get five calls a day from people who cannot find a place that they can afford to live ... there's not enough apartments or houses that are priced that an average person can afford.

It helps when somebody is holding them accountable and encouraging them. Some of them have been beaten down so badly that they don't think they can overcome.

Here you have a couple, and it requires both of them to work to make ends meet. If you want to get a job in Myrtle Beach you can, but it may not pay enough to get an apartment or a house. It's discouraging, and that's the major problem.
