The goal of the study was to look at our structure of departments, our division of play, our fields and facilities and our support departments. It was obvious that to get in line with the rest of the teams in our conference, we had to make cuts.

When they were brought up, they weren't given everything. Their parents didn't have a lot of money. But now it's almost like they're trying to make up . . .
