I am very proud of the things we are able to do. We put out small flags on each property on all the national holidays. We have an annual picnic. Last year we installed a large flagpole and flag on Lowell Avenue where our neighborhood sign stands.

We work very hard to keep the homes in good repair. At this time we are in the process of installing new garage doors, seven or eight each year; installing new roofs when necessary; and we have installed gutter guards in the past year.
