I've been trying to get on guys, motivate guys. That's what leadership is all about -- setting a good example for them. We've made a lot of progress. We're going to be fine if we keep progressing and working hard.

It's a lot different. You don't know how to go out there and treat them, you know. You want to give them respect, too, but then you also want to go out there and win and try your hardest.
