The defense we're running is similar, but there's different terminology. We just have to get the terminology down and start playing it with instinct rather than reaction, getting it down and soaking it in so that when we're out there we're not thinking but just playing off our athletic ability.

We played to our potential today. I think it's definitely something we can build on. On the score sheet, it says an 'L,' but as a progression of growth as a defense, I think it's a 'W' for us.

You can't take away experience. Experience tells it all. We just have to bear with the young guys. They're talented, but experience is experience, and I feel like they're now getting to know what college football is all about.
