Bottom line, the issues of premeditation and intent are going to be the issues in this case.
People that do these sorts of things are a burden on all of us quite frankly. We all pay higher insurance costs. We pay for security systems. Thieves should be locked up as far as I'm concerned.
When is enough enough? (Prosecutors) got their murder-one.
You can put poles up all day long. Thieves are ingenious, and it's unfortunate.
