We've already got noise on one side of us from Boise and we just don't want noise on both sides of us.

It's the idea of haggis that concerns people because they have this image of stomachs and lungs bubbling out over a big cauldron. The one that passes for culinary acceptability these days really doesn't have much in the way of lungs or hearts or stomach bags. It's mostly oatmeal and liver, I guess. It's a mild sausage compared to what it used to be hundreds of years ago.

We'll probably do it as an appetizer. It will be about $8, I guess. For the hearty ones, we give them a double portion for dinner.
