We want to ensure that we give voters of New York real numbers.

We're not going to have to put the voters and our staff through something that nobody seemed to want.

I can't understand why anyone would do that. We clearly say on the voter registration form that it's the primary voter address - it's as clear as one can be.

We're the keeper of the records. All we do is the inputting, unless somebody specifically brings it to our attention.

We have to keep counting the absentee ballots, because under the law those ballots that we receive a week after the election we have to count as well. So if it is close, we are not going to rush to judgment. We are going to do the responsible thing and make sure we give all of the candidates and the voters of the city of New York real numbers, not numbers that are unofficial.
