Initially it was challenging, but at this time I think we've carved a niche where customers recognize the job we do. I think it's become a situation where we've become more flexible over the time.

Obviously we're very excited about this. When the ship's here, there's man-hours involved.

We're disappointed with the fact that port land is being sold. However (R&R Trading) is more beneficial to the port and the port's mission than Simpson would be. Importing steel is a better fit than a mill.

Our concern is whether this is the best move for the taxpayers' dollars. That property is prime. Even though Simpson is paying (more than) $60,000 per acre, they're getting a heck of a deal.
