I think that any time you have a successful business, others try to emulate it, and certainly Medic was one of the more-successful technology businesses that have been created here. We had a lot of people take notice and want to get in that industry.

It's very difficult for one company to have A-to-Z solutions to the whole health-care system. They're building pieces of it.

My background is in leading companies that offer software products and service solutions to vertical markets, so I feel that this is a business that I can help grow.
