All of the pitchers have decent velocity, but Tyler and Richie are the hardest throwers. It's a well-rounded staff. None of 'em are soft throwers. Getting them all enough work is not a problem either. Right now, we're starting a streak that will see us play 11 games in nine days. We'll need all of them.

It was wonderful to get out on the field and get out of that gym, we've seen enough of that. The way the weather's been predicted you'd better get outside every chance you get.

When you look at the box scores of other games you don't see a lot of hitting early. I'm not real concerned about that, but he's a good pitcher.
