I think it's outrageous and heinous that they'd use small, innocent puppies in this way. It just demonstrates what lengths drugs dealers will go to get drugs into the country.

It just goes to show what a drug trafficking organization, the lengths they will go, to struggle their poison into the United States for one reason, for profit.

It's an outrageous smuggling method, to place packets of heroin in the bellies of live puppies.
They utilized a wide range of smuggling, the most repulsive of which was the use of puppies.
