We have a good group of returning juniors and they are all doing a good job. I'm counting on all the juniors.

I can count on my top three, and the other guys have picked it up. In cross country, depth is dangerous.

Compared to last year, Joe has improved tremendously. He has worked hard over the summer, and it means a lot to take over the No. 1 spot on our team. I'm surprised at how well he has run this year, and I think he has a good shot to go to states.

We think we can win the section and be one of the top 10 teams in the WPIAL.

It was close for longer than what I thought, but Julie and Mary Beth did a great job. Heidi, April and Kayla stepped up. The girls are young, but things are working out well.
