We have a lot of confidence in both of them. They're both good friends and they'll support one another. And like last week, if the starter struggles, we can put the other one in.
We were out there for 3 or 3 ½ hours almost every night ... it's good for the kids to see some rewards for their work.
We need his fire tonight.
You don't really replace a player like Jeremy Bruce.
I don't talk about Jeremy a lot, ... I just tell the kids he gave his all every day and he didn't know what going at half-speed meant. That was his personality. He was pretty special. But we can't look back any more. We have to look forward to this season.
That was a perfect pass, he just laid it out there beautifully.
We told them after the game, 'You have 12 hours to enjoy this. We'll see you tomorrow at 10 o'clock for films,' ... We were a little sluggish in practice on Tuesday, so we had a little conversation about what can happen if you're satisfied with what you've accomplished. The kids have picked it up and gotten back in the groove. They're not too high or too low.
I like this game, ... I look forward to every season. This one just might be a little more interesting.
