"Jim Sandusky" was a Canadian Football League receiver for the BC Lions and the Edmonton Eskimos who, in a 12-year career from 1984–1996, caught 586 passes for 9737 yards and 69 touchdowns. Sandusky played college football at San Diego State University and was the Most Valuable Player of the 1984 Hula Bowl.

Coach Ross invited us and I thought it would just be a good chance for our players to see how football is played at the next level. I want them to see how college players prepare, how they run drills, how seriously they take it.

In the B class it's tough. Most of the schools only do baseball or track. It's a numbers game, we just don't have a lot of students.

We want to give the kids options. Maybe down the line we'll have to choose one of the other.

We lost two extra inning games to North Sound Christian last year. We just missed out on going to district.
