It's been tough for North Stafford. They're on their third coach in three years. We want to make sure we get off on the right foot with the stakeholders of our football program.

Those kids are fantastic people and hopefully they'll understand why I took this job. I wish nothing but the absolute best for them for all but two games next year.

I've been able to sit in rooms, and coach against, and work with people in this area that have a wealth of knowledge. As an assistant it's been awesome.

There's a group of seniors that are on their third head coach. More important than anything is them, and getting them acquainted with what we're going to do.

I hope that'll change this season.
