When I first ran for office 15 years ago, I was told that USF had the same economic impact of a Super Bowl every year. But looking at that number, it seems to have tripled.

They already provide 4,800 jobs and are going to add 2,500 more. They paid $2 million in sales tax last year, and the expansion should bring in another $700,000.

I have confidence the transportation issues are going to be worked out.
