Moore was forced out as head coach at the conclusion of the 2012 season. He was selected for inclusion into the Southern Conference Hall of Fame, and College Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

We'll be giving people obedience tips for their dogs and how to get their puppies started properly.

Their defense is impressive. They don't have any fat guys. They're all tall, rangy kids who can run.

We're looking pretty good so far, but that's against ourselves, ... I know EKU is talented in that area, and the last time we went up there (in 2003), they ran a kickoff back against us, and they ran a punt back against us.

You have to teach them to lead and it's easier to do that when they're puppies. They can be taught to sit or move left and right at eight weeks.

I think you could see we've worked real hard at running the ball. We learned a lot watching them against James Madison and thought we could run the ball on them.

One thing that we encourage people to do is to begin socializing their dogs at a very young age.

We don't see Big 12 teams very often.

I was in hopes they'd be down a little early on in the season, but they're not.

Last year was a struggle in a lot of ways, ... Defense really hurt us last year. We're used to some pretty tough defenses, and that wasn't the case.
