To get 3,000 students through two doors in 15 minutes is an impossibility, ... The University can figure out that you can open more doors. It doesn't take much to do it.

For me, it brings up a moral issue.

If someone is going to have an activity, they should get money from the University in some other way instead of using hall taxes, ... We have hall presidents who say they need 80 bucks, then they need 90 bucks, and pretty soon our hall tax is gone and we can't provide for our students.

Clearly, we were not able to anticipate fully how dramatically and quickly our sales would decline, which led to a greater negative impact on revenue and earnings than we expected. The economic conditions we face globally make forecasting extremely challenging. As a result, we are planning for a difficult year and taking actions on several fronts.
