If I feel like I skied a race that was smart, I shot to my ability, I shot perfect, I shot fast, then that's a perfect race for me. And if a perfect race can get me on the podium, great. But if it doesn't, I'll still be happy with the perfect race.

That stuff happens. I've been around since '97 and I've seen the best do it, they've missed five. When you miss five, you put your rifle on your back and you go ski your loops and you push harder. That's all you can do.
