It's a bummer, but I can wait a few more days.

I had a pretty good idea after last weekend's competition. It wasn't a complete surprise.

I had to just stay focused on my own jump.

A couple of my teammates have gotten through injury-free, maybe with just a few bumps and bruises. We try not to think about how we have the (high potential) to get injured. We do it because we love it. (Potential for injury) is just a side note.

Definitely, the best in the world miss sometimes. You're always trying to go for it and go big and give it all you've got. Sometimes you pull through and sometimes it isn't your day.

I haven't stopped smiling since 5 o'clock yesterday (Tuesday). I am walking on cloud nine.

It hasn't sunk in yet and probably won't until the Opening Ceremony.

I wanted to be safe and just wanted to land the jump.

No, it wasn't too frustrating. You want the competition to be safe and fair, and there isn't much we can do about this.
