A lot of different things go into the mix when determining whether or not Roberts is confirmed. The Senate exerts a little more authority when dealing with judges, and the stakes will be higher.
It's extraordinarily difficult. It forces challengers to be extremely creative or have deep pockets of their own.
It's vitally important that we succeed and continue to raise money.
The senators will want to ask about views on presidential powers, women's rights and minorities, because Roberts expressed views during Reagan's term that need to be cleared up.
