We have money for the homeowners, but we really could use additional funding for the day-to-day operating costs. Since we opened, a big part of my job has been applying for grants. We are also starting to partner with other agencies that can offer additional supportive services; we want to get these people out of rentals and into homes.

We are getting ready to close on our first home for a single mom in Caldwell. She and her son both have a disability and they found this great house.
