I think I did pretty well.

I saw our teammates clearing the bench and coming toward me. It was bittersweet.

I just charged to the net and called for the puck, and Josh heard me I guess. He threw it right where I was and I one-timed it.

Everyone has something to say and everyone listens. Everyone gets along.

Every issue that we had, we laid it out on the table. If you do something wrong, the type of attitude we have on this team is someone's going to call you out. That's good. You need that. If you don't have it, you have a problem.

It's a family tradition now, I think. My dad wore (the jersey), and being a Badger is in our blood. I thank my family every day for the sacrifices they made. It's just the coolest feeling to be at this level of hockey playing for Wisconsin and being a Badger. It's surreal at times.

I felt like I was with family again.

It adds to the stress. I wish I didn't have to think about school right now.
