He keeps everyone in line and if anyone says one word they will get right back in line. I think Joe will make an excellent coach one day and I am trying to steer him in that direction.

When Joe talks everybody listens, because he not only leads by example but he can show it on the mat too. When people get out of line, Joe will step up and get them in line - people listen to him.
