This case was being watched to see if Missouri could get away with this. I think this is a landmark decision.

This is a huge victory for the hundreds of children and families who were affected here. This is a completely ill-conceived and illegal effort by the governor and other officials to try and save a few dollars on the backs of abused and neglected children.
