It's obviously a grave day for David. He spent over a decade in that building, where today he's going to be arraigned. Everyone who knows David thinks the world of him.

During this part of an investigation, all the defense can do is wait to see what develops with final charges.
It's no secret that they had some loose ends in that investigation that they wanted to move on.
