If our case goes to the Security Council, whether as a simple warning, to reinforce the head of the IAEA or even to decide on sanctions, the government will be obliged to put an end to it suspension of activities.

The result of the recent IAEA meeting proves that we can, relying on our rational conduct and elaborating our nation's demands, while respecting the international laws and our commitments and refraining from any type of extremism, achieve our goals in this respect.

From Iran's point of view the subject of the talks is to remove the suspension of the uranium processing facilities and this must happen within a clear timetable.

Iran pursues its nuclear research activities in the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency regulations and under the supervision of the agency. So there is no reason for challenging Iran's rights in the field of nuclear fuel.

Negotiations to reach a final conclusion are going to be continued on Feb. 16 in Moscow.

The very fact that the dangerous process, which began with the (IAEA) resolution of September 24, has stopped constitutes a diplomatic victory.

This means our cooperation with the IAEA would be reduced, and the agency does not want this to happen.
