The coldest systems we get are like the one we have now from the Canadian land mass. The snow amount is usually light from these storms because they're so cold the air can't hold onto the moisture.

They're all strong storms bringing significant rains and snow at the higher elevations, maybe a couple of feet.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were snow Friday morning.

We're going into another stormy period that will last through Wednesday of next week. There's a slight chance of light showers Friday afternoon. Most of the precipitation will start (tonight).

Traveling will be very slippery and treacherous. We could have 3 to 6 inches of snow by the end of Friday.

We're going into a wet period for about a week.

Basically, it's the same stuff and will stick with us through Sunday. We'll have scattered showers off and on and most of it could be snow.

It's going to be wet off and on.

It will be a wild week.
