Every city has something unique that something nice could work out. This is something that is not in town right now, this type of structure or this type of theme. I am really going for a Charleston look in a small town.

Local people have to make monetary and fiscal spending in order to attract outsiders to do the same thing. There is still plenty of land available.

Orangeburg really does not have enough capacity of new homes as it is. If you look at subdivisions that have been built in the last two or three years, they are completely sold out. The capacity of new homes has always been an issue for Orangeburg.
