"Gregg Brandon" is the current head football coach at Colorado School of Mines. Previous to that, he was the offensive coordinator of the New Mexico State Aggies andcoached tight ends in the United Football League (2009–)/UFL for the Las Vegas Locomotives. He also spent two years as the Offensive Coordinator at the University of Wyoming when they averaged 18.5 points per game and was Offensive Coordinator for the Virginia Cavaliers football/Virginia Cavaliers for the duration of the 2009 season and head coach for the Bowling Green Falcons football/Bowling Green Falcons, but was fired following the conclusion of the 2008 Bowling Green Falcons football team/2008 season, after six years at the helm, which included three bowl appearances and shares of two division titles. Brandon had previously been an Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator for former Bowling Green head coach Urban Meyer, before Meyer left for the Utah Utes football/University of Utah in 2003 NCAA Division I-A football season/2003. Brandon is married to the former Robyn Mitchell and has two sons, Nicholas and Timothy. Brandon is also uncle to Incarnate Word standout, Paul Townsen.

He has great instincts, ball skills - you can tell he has been well coached - and he's just a good young player.

Omar does a nice job taking care of the football. We do a good job coaching that ... stressing getting rid of the ball on time and protecting our quarterback. We do a nice job with him inside the system and don't throw a lot of high-risk plays.

This is the type of game our league needs to start taking a look at. Playing teams with similar size, speed and talent. I think going to a 12-game schedule, it's very difficult for a mid-major to find games. We need to look more at some of these games.
