It would make us a bigger county in the states eyes. It could possibly help with funding we receive and so on and so forth.

We knew we were getting close to moving from a class 3 to a class 2 county in West Virginia. And that's determined by the gross assessed evaluation in the county.

We've been able to maintain that rate and hopefully, who knows, maybe in the future, if we keep growing at this pace, we could potentially see to lower that rate in the future.

Not only at The Highlands site but there are things happening in and around housing developments with infrastructure. As we continue to expand, it opens up other properties for development.

We've got a busy year this year, certainly a three year commitment from the tribe, helps out tremendously.
