We are joining with other Midwest states to get over the fly-over syndrome that we suffer from. We are making it known that there are tremendous biotech resources in the region.

I get media kits from all over the country about how other states are making these kinds of investments. Here we have this enormous research base, but we're not doing anything about it.

We are pleased that Isle of Capri has chosen Missouri as its new headquarters and bringing more than 150 high-paying jobs to the St. Louis area while also creating new economic opportunities for the community of Creve Coeur. We are excited to begin working with our newest business partners and look forward to future cooperation between Isle of Capri and the Show Me State.

We are very excited about value-added agriculture.

They're looking at a new way to manufacture automobiles. We have offered very aggressive incentives to help them do that.
