I wouldn't say we're out of the water [offensively]. I don't feel like the bats are up and running full blast, but we got nine hits, we battled, and we were able to get some late inning runs to pull out the game today.

It's going to be a big weekend just because it's a Mid-American Conference team that's supposed to be at the top of the conference along with us. Even though it's early in the season, it's going to be one of those weekend series' that we'll begin to position ourselves after this weekend.

Any time you get a sweep, it's tough to do. You don't go into a series anticipating a sweep, especially against Miami. Our team is capable of winning one game at a time. That's what we did this weekend.

The key to any comeback victory, especially when you're able to do it repeatedly, is confidence - the fact that the players have confidence in themselves and their teammates.

They've just settled in. Being seniors, they have high expectations for their senior year. They came out pressing just a little bit.

The biggest thing for our hitters is to stay with their game plan, stay disciplined, and getting good pitches to hit. If we're able to continue that, we'll be all right.

A lot of offense. I didn't know what the record for hits and runs were, but had I known it wouldn't have changed anything.

I think the guys have settled in and are comfortable in themselves now.

The big-time players make plays and get hits and do the things they're supposed to do in big situations and our guys did that today.
