FameRank: 4

"Graeme Dott" is a Scottish people/Scottish professional snooker player and snooker coach from Larkhall. He turned professional in 1994 and first entered the top 16 in 2001. He has won two ranking titles, the 2006 World Snooker Championship and the 2007 China Open (snooker)/2007 China Open, and was runner-up in the World Championships of 2004 World Snooker Championship/2004 and 2010 World Snooker Championship/2010. He reached number 2 in the world rankings in 2007, but a subsequent episode of clinical depression seriously affected his form, causing him to drop to number 28 for the Snooker season 2009/2010/2009/2010 season. He then recovered his form, regained his top-16 ranking, and reached a third World Championship final. In 2011, he published his autobiography, Frame of Mind: The Autobiography of the World Snooker Champion.

At one point I just felt I was absolutely gone.

To win it is absolutely unbelievable. All next year I will be introduced as the world champion and in everything after that, I'll be the former world champion.

At 15-7 everything was fine but Peter proved what a champion he is to comeback.

I just thought it was slipping away before I did the clearance to go 17-14 (ahead) because Peter was playing fantastic.

I thought the whole match had gone perfectly for me. I played well in the first session and the second half of the second but then Neil played fantastically well today.

It'll be an entirely different game to the one against Nigel because he's far more open. Neil is a great player and I think it'll be a pretty even match.
