I think of law enforcement or ambulance personnel or fire personnel that are going to a house at one in the morning. They have no knowledge if there is housed within that property or residence, an aggressive dog. We need to give them a heads up to avoid a bite.

In speaking with Sheriff Meyers this morning, and I'll be speaking one of his deputy chiefs, we intend to go on with this program. (We want to) make it better and more accurate.
