This is going to be a light ballot. Every 12 years, this is the smallest ballot that goes before the voters.
There are certain apparent violations, basically, of people giving in the name of another in the video industry. We have been investigating this for a year.
If they provide some information, they may not have to come.
It is an aggressive timeline. However, there is not any real good time. There are going to be bumps along the way.
What we have got to do is take what we have and go forward and make it work.
This is simply a guide for us to know what steps the counties have completed, what steps they still need to take and what we can do to help.
We have got to still be true to our plan.
They will be to able to use two budget cycles to pay and have a plan to pay up.
We're trying to fill in gaps so we have as complete a puzzle as possible.
