Clearly the big question in the future is: What will the new administration do? Will it defend these rules if it comes under attack by oil and Congress?
No government study has ever been completed on time and there's going to be no consequences if it's not. It's a split decision.
We should be doing much more to try to reduce this dangerous pollution.

You know darn well that the president doesn't have a clue what new source review is. It's clear that there's a coordinated effort between the White House and Congress to put key environmental protections on the chopping block.
This really is an open invitation to every special interest to appeal to the EPA for a break, using the hurricane as an excuse.
