The rest of the state finally caught up.
Obviously we're hoping for some cool storms, especially (in the) Northern Sierra.
It's a good, promising start.
That's somewhat encouraging, because prior to last year, the Southern Sierra had been a little deficient.
You'd have 32 inches of water on the ground if it melted today. That's quite a bit, considering that mid-February wasn't looking all that great.
