We have a lot of confidence in our defense and when you're scoring offensively, they both feed off of each other.

I am happy we won, but I am not overall pleased with how we played. When we don't play well, we hold the ball. Tonight, we held the ball. I know our schedule had something to do with it, but we can't be effective when we play like we did tonight.

Ben was great. The energy he played with for 56 minutes was unreal.

I think the number one thing with young players, you got to get them to play hard. When you step on the court, they don't check your paycheck to see how much you make, and they don't check your ID to see how old you are.

Ben played 56 minutes last night (in Memphis), and he played 41 tonight. Yet, he was able to do what he did. When we needed to lock down in the final two minutes, he pretty much did it.

You saw both teams as basically who they are - both meat-and-potato teams.

I noticed the same thing you noticed. I told him and I have told all of our players -- nothing is given. You earn your minutes. You earn what you get. What we're going to do is put guys on the floor that are going to compete on a daily basis.

I thought we came out with a good focus, especially after a back-to-back. We came out methodically offensively and defensively went into a swarming defense and controlled things right from the beginning.

He causes problems. He has improved his perimeter game so much.
