These are the children who are at greatest risk. Until now, they hadn't been taken into account because they lived so far from the city center. Those children never come (to the department), because they don't even have bus fare.
Chess had never received this much importance.
It makes me very proud seeing a family like this. This gentleman didn't wait for the government to offer his children something better; instead, he took the reins himself.
