Right now, I would have to classify Kent County as the fastest growing county in the state, percentage-wise.

People use it for everything from trying to build a road, deciding on a prison almost any kind of public purpose like that.

There's all sorts of other reasons, but those are the primary ones that make all of the counties in Delaware a positive for people wanting to lower their cost of living.

That's what really determines what the quality of life is there.

You ever see those pictures of an anaconda that's just swallowed a deer? That's what you have with the baby boomers. We've had to digest them over the years.

Are they all going to sit back and play shuffleboard, or are they going to be riding their Harleys around? Are they going to be active or are we going to have to pay big for their health care? There are a number of conundrums there.
