The Republican team is killing the Democratic team in that week by a margin of three-to-two. But the Democrats made up for it through spending by individual groups.

What we now have are the parties spending enormous amounts of soft money and pumping it into advertisements that do not even mention the party, and talk only about candidates, usually the opposing candidates.

And when they do it, your honor, the answer of the students is, we don't believe you.

It is a demand that a law school accord the military 'most-favored-recruiter' status, even as the recruiters discriminate against the school's own students.

It's an untenable choice, there's just no question about it. But this is a skirmish in a much bigger war about equality and human dignity. That's a war we're winning.

A silver lining to the Supreme Court's opinion is the court made it clear law schools are free to organize protests.
