I think Christina winning this award not only reflects on her personal improvement, but also the improvement of the entire team. Each one of our divers is completely focused on the upcoming championship season.

I am very proud of our diving student-athletes here at Indiana University. We want to be competitive both in the diving well and in the classroom, and my goal is to challenge the divers to continue improving in both areas next year.

They laid a good foundation. They feel capable of doing their best diving of the year.

Christina dove well, especially for going between the dual meet and selection camp. We appreciate her doing whatever needed to be done for the team. She is certainly a star of the future for not only IU Diving, but U.S. Diving as well.

I am pleased that United States Diving recognizes Christina's ability and potential. She has everything it takes to become an Olympian and Olympic medalist. This is just another step in her progression to reach her dreams.

They did great. We knew it would be a crapshoot and I think it was our best performance on the one-meter. We just need to use this as a catalyst for (Friday).
