We're all about getting the fans involved. A lot of what we do is about getting people to sample our product, and people wanting to come back for more when they see how far the league and the game has come since we first started. We want to continue expanding in the future, and we want to continue attracting better talent.

We thought this would be a great place for all of us to gather. We just wanted to be able to be where our fan base is, as well as our coaches and personnel. [Boston] will be the mecca of women's basketball that week, so it just makes sense.

With our pre-draft camp in town and with our draft taking place less than 24 hours after an NCAA national champion is crowned, Boston will be the Mecca of women's basketball during the first week of April.

I think we had 22 credentials for press last year and we had 78 today.

Detroit certainly has a lot of talent and marquee players. It's a question of uniting the fan base to where it was when Detroit won the title.

The league is right where we want it to be in terms of expectations of where we want to go.
