We would like finality. We believe that we be will successful at the Supreme Court, once it gets there. We would like him to be released or charged. We think we have the unusual set of circumstances and facts in which the Supreme Court should carefully consider hearing our petition before the appeals court.

It certainly did not comport with due process.

It appears he will impose conditions [for visits].

Most of the talking was done by me. My aim was simply to educate him.

We are willing to abide by any directive of the court.

Everything we give to him will be reviewed.

It's reassuring that constitutional protections that we are all entitled to as citizens were confirmed. And we look forward to meeting our client.

I think it's another delaying action.

A person is being detained on information -- the value of which, the credibility of which, and the reliability of which, we don't know.
