The vistas are incredible. The Pacific Crest Trail runs right through her property for about a mile.

This historic ranch is highly visible and an important working landscape in the area. It?s a spectacular view ? from the creek bottoms to the rolling hills and up to the forest areas.

We're not anti-development. We're for balancing development with open space. Developers realize this aligns them with the people who are moving to our community. I think they realize how important this is.

There is so much private land within the boundaries of the Monument that we thought it was an important area to move into.
