He's a fiery guy, and players are feeding off that. Joe is a straight shooter. When you're doing something well, he'll tell you. If you're not, he's not worried about hurting your feelings. He coaches with a lot of positive reinforcement, and guys accept that even more.

With Brown, people get misled by him running upright, but he's still a very physical runner. He'll hit it between the tackles, and he's very explosive when he hits the hole.

He's very impressive on tape, ... So we're going to have to try to rattle him and try to get him to move his feet. Try to give him some different looks because we don't want him to get comfortable back there.

You can't take any shortcuts.

They're both power runners. Obviously, Brown's a lot taller than Henry.

You've got to approach practice with the attitude that I'm getting ready for a game now. And when a game comes, everything's just second nature. 'I've seen this play before because I saw it in practice.'

We've got to find a way to get off the field. We've got to find a way to get these points scored down. We've got to find a way to make a play. Each player has to win his individual battle. And apparently, right now, we're not doing that.
