"Dean Ryan" is a former corporal in the Corp of Royal Engineers and England national rugby union team/England Rugby Union Number eight/Number 8, and was Head Coach at Guinness Premiership side Gloucester Rugby. He was appointed DOR (Director of Rugby) at Worcester Warriors on 17 April 2013.

There have been elements of performance this season that have made me happy, but by no means are we getting anywhere near the levels we aspire to.

I thought that Alex Brown was outstanding. I was very pleased with the way he controlled the line-outs at the end, but we should have got our reward earlier.

It is obviously a significant blow to us because he is a key member of our squad. But his absence will provide an opportunity for somebody else to come in and perform for us at this important stage of the season.
