The reason that we are in the position we're in is because of all the non-union stores that are around us that give a lower rate than we do, and therefore we have to maintain our presence in the market by maintaining our level that we presently have.

We're prepared to sit down and talk, I'm not quite sure they're ready to talk yet.

The union asked the mediator to book out, so that puts them back into a strike position.
